In reply to your letter of August 8th, in which you have requested an extension in the delivery date of the press covered by the above order, we would advise that we agree in principle to a revised delivery date of March 31st, 1974. A further letter will follow after we have corresponded with the First Security Bank to determine what their requirements may be to extend the agreement by which they are holding the $35,000 deposit in trust.
